If you are not completely happy with your ChiliPad™ and ChiliBed™, call or email us within 90 days of purchase from this website. We will issue a return authorization and refund your purchase price. ChiliCloud Pillows™, ChiliPad4Dogs™, and all other products sold by Chili Technology Canada, have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
